Acne difficulities. Any help?

Okay so i have had acne for about 4-5'ish years now. I recently got a dermatologist(about a year ago). My acne consists some whiteheads and blackheads but mainly just regular zits around my cheeks, chin, and sometimes my forehead. I have used just about everything over the counter (clinique, neutrogena, proactiv, clean and clear, biore, acnefree, just about everything) So my derm put me on differin and doxycycline(also using proacitv) and with about 2-3 months i had perfectly clear skin. When my doxy ran out it took about 2 months for my skin to return to the previous state. My derm decided to put me on a second round of doxy, but instead of differin, she had me altering between duac and atralin but only using the cerave cleanser and mositurizer. This has completly ruined my skin and i want to just try something new but my apointment is so far away. Just wondering if there's any opinions on the Laszlo skin line? Or if anyone knows a winning combination of the topicals i have now?
