Any other perspective on the heirophant tarot card?

i pulled out a card for a prospective partner and got a heirophant card to represent him. per my research and per my tarot book the heirophant card would mean traditions and stuff or anything related to the status quo or social work or anything related to people. in reality, my prospective partner is a theatre actor. does the heirophant also mean anything related to the arts - wherein one has to please people or something? please correct me if i'm wrong. if tradition would be the basis, i would say the card is pretty in accurate since he is unconventional. the other cards jive though where it says he's struggling hard on his career etc...
