Blogger comment/opinion box help!!?

Maybe they have a "default settings" somewhere. It's hard to be of any help since we have no way of knowing where you blog from. Go back to the settings page(s), navigate around until you find the "comments" settings and pick "default settings". That's the best I can do without knowing more. Good luck.
