Husbands one night stand child?

When I met my husband he had a son that just turned 4. He also told me about a girl he had a one night stand with and that she was pregnant with his kid. (He did not tell me until we were at least a month into the relationship). This girl was his neighbor and was obsessed with him because her roommate was gf and bf with my husband's roommate. The girl he got pregnant would bring over liquor and beer and feeding it to my husband and then wait till he was completely drunk. (Apparently this happened about 10 times) He never slept with her unless he was drunk. She convinced him to not wear a condom because she could not get pregnant (well that is what she told him). The last time they had she purposely held him in and well she got pregnant. She told my husband he should move in with her and he told her he did not want the kid, he would pay for an abortion or she should give it up for adoption. She refused and after several months of her breaking into his house in the middle of the night, telling all his friends that they were so happy because they were having a child together, she finally moved away. But in the meantime, she went to my husbands family and made them a part of the baby's life even though my husband told them he didn't want anything to do with the baby. The girl got his soc sec# from his mom and pulled his credit four times at her place of employment, (could not do anything about it). ORS gave her our address and still does, she has people come to our place and hares us and moves around to where we live, she has done this 4 times. So my husband has to pay $224.00 a mth, which we don't have and he refuses to have this little girl in his life (she is 4 now). Any suggestion or thoughts on this story would help. I hate the situation.
