I feel sorry for my bird locked in the cage.?

He sit's in there all day. He's t no toy's, no other bird's to talk to. He chirps out once and awhile but that's about it. I want to play with him but I don't have the time. My auntie said that we should put him in an aviary. He's a atiel and he's a full grown male. My auntie reckon's we should put him in an aviary because he will be able to play with other bird's and breed. I have no idea what to do, please help me ;(
