i have to loose belly fat and then tone my abs for summer i have three weeks i am excersing dieting band was taking gnc thermo burst and i only lost like 2 pounds i need help. I am 16 years old and i need to get my abs back for summer so i can get girls(dont comment) i can order from amazon if i diet and excercise i knoow i will loose weight but has someone tried a pill that actually works, with or without exercise??? Plze dont say the whole no magic pill!!
