I would like to move outside of U.S. to a more racially friendly place?

I am so tired of the people just getting on each others' nerves. I live in the southern U.S. and people either don't give eye contact to others of other races or show prejudice at work. I have friends of all races and the minorities are the ones complaining of the lack of justice. Personally, I'd rather not deal with all this mess. Can you offer some suggestions on where there is nice nature (preferably not like paradise island, but more like crisp foliage and mountain) with tolerant and friendly people? I am a nurse (R.N.)
