My parents make big unhealthy meals for dinner but i wanna lose weight?
for dinner to night we had enchiladas with tons of chees so i know there un healthy. i dont want to go over 1800 calories preferably 1600. im not fat i dont need to lose weight but i want to bring my body fat down so i can see my abs. im 16 5,7 130 and max bench 145. i can eat whatever i want for breakfast and lunch but dinner i eat what my mom makes. so for breakfast i have a small bowl of cereal and some veggies for a snack i have a 170 cal snck bar and lunch a wheat bread sandwich and a V8.then another 200 cal snack after school putting me at about 1000 calories i have no problem staying under 1800 cuz rarely i eat 800 calories for dinner but its normally more than my breakfast and lunch combined! i know your suppose to have your biggest meal in the morning and i think having half of my days food for dinner is unhealthy but what should i do. (my parents are not verry understanding btw)
