When Should I apply to Baylor University?

Should I apply spring of junior year when I'm taking 3 AP Cles, 1 pre-ap cl, 1 honor cl or should I apply fall of senior year when I'm taking 5 AP Cles and 1 honor cl. My GPA is 4.7 and I am in top 7% of cl.
