Okay what should I do?

The way I see things being in a relationship is sort of like having a security blanket. In short you don't necessarily need date some one to know you love them and besides if he really loves you then he won't be distracted by any other women anyway. Though I can fully understand marriage because it means your legally bf and gf but you shouldn't have to date him to show that you love him. Keep being good friends and that should be good enough to see you through because the magic is there. And eventually that time will come where you'll want to take things a step further.
