ICC shifting its headquarters to Mumbai. Pawar will be the ICC chief next year, and plans are underway to shift the HQ from Dubai to Mumbai. It will be at the Wankede Stadium complex. The move has to be approved by a majority of 7-3. India can bank on the Asian block + may be SA and W indies. Still they will need one more vote! Do you think it's possible? And, what do you think of the move?
