Can being on Lovenox hide the signs of preeclampsia?

I have had ketones in my urine, also last apt I had nitrates so the doctor tested for bladder infection and I ume she didn't find anything because I never heard back. I also have pain in my upper right abdomen. I have some swelling which I didn't have in either of my prior 2 pregnancies but its not severe. Is it possible that me being on Lovenox is masking high blood pressure because of my blood being thinner?
