Move to Israel? Help?

I really want to move to Israel, I've already lived there for my father's work (as a foreigner) and I fell in love with Tel Aviv. I'm Jewish of decent, but don't really practice the religion. I didn't have a bat mitzvah or anything, is there any possible way for me to go there?
