Anyone in Singapore know a chalet thats like the ones at coastasands but cheaper?

It could be anywhere from pasir ris to changi or even downtowneast.its got to accomodate around 30 to 40 people and if needed we can book 2 to 3 chalets.We'll be needing it on the 17 to 19 of november so thats 3days 2nights.Any help would be much appreciated.
