New shoes help please!?

im not going to say stick a plaster as you did say they dont rub. they are just a bit stiff on the back, i have boots like this, i find the only way to soften them up is to keep wearing them. maybe pay somebody to do this for you. we've all got weird mates who'll do anything for a fiver.
